the staff shown kindness, a true balm for weary travellers. crinela's quick help was so appreciated when my clumsy hands caused a spill. the switch to a new room occured smoothly, no stress did enter.

the tv not worked as it should, dimmed the room. i wish it was working.

The shower had good water pressure, i guess.

The room seemed ok at first glance, but the touchscreen controlling the lights malfunctioned. It caused the lights to flicker on and off during the night. I HAD to turn them off at the fuse box to get any sleep. the windows were REALLY dirty.

the hotel charged for an extra bed for my toddlers. i was not told this upon checking in. i only saw it on check out at 6:30 am, so i did not pay attention at that time the restaurant was also shut for our stay there was no prior warning.
